BOARDING - DAYCAREI have cared for, and owned dogs all of my life. As I am creeping towards retirement, I realized that owning another dog would be a bit too restrictive. So I am very happy to look after other folks dogs, While they are away, or just need a break. I have worked for local pet boarding companies for ten years. I really enjoy the companionship, and of course the exercise I get looking after dogs. I own a small 1/5 story house, in the East end of Guelph. It has a fully fenced in backyard, and there’s a great park, right around the corner. I can do overnight dog boarding for up to 2 weeks, And dog walking, or doggy daycare. I am a photographer by profession, so I take extra time getting the right shot of your pooch, before I send it.

BOARDING - DAYCARE - DOG WALKING - DROP-INSI am an enthusiastic and active life-long pet owner with a strong commitment to providing quality and loving care to your furry family members. I have two dogs of my own – a younger “farm mutt” mix and a senior Labrador retriever. I also have two active bunnies – a lop and a rescue Lion-head mix. Our home is very pet friendly with lots of comfortable places for everyone to soak in some sun. Our yard is fully fenced and has plenty of room for wrestling, chasing and other fun games. I have a dedicated room where small animals can safely enjoy some time out of their cage complete with ramps, boxes and other enriching toys. I go on several walks every day – slower paced for my older guy and longer high energy runs through the forest with my younger fellow. We are happy to welcome your pets and ensure they feel right at home.

My dog Gus and I are well versed on off leash etiquette and frequent all the local trails for runs, bike rides and hikes. I can offer services from a fun and safe off leash play date to a calm and easy going city jaunt. I am experienced with proper e-collars use as well as flat collar, slip lead, and martingale collar usage. My dog would describe me as liberal with treats, patient, caring, and probably talks too much. I am flexible and happy to chat about any and all of your specific needs.

I can follow your instructions and preferences, and I will keep you updated with photos and messages. I live in a two story townhouse with a fully fenced back yard, with multiple parks nearby, as well as multiple forest trails with rivers for swimming and lots of hills for climbing. I'm available for pet care services on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as well as drop-ins with cats, rodents, reptiles and other small animals, and I can work around your schedule.

I am excited to be able to help you by caring for your pet while you are away. Your babies will be cared for and loved just as if they were my own. I have 30+ years of animal experience. I can also provide any oral medications as needed. Your dog will be well exercised daily, we have a fully fenced yard and during the hot days in the summer there is also a pool for your dog to swim.
